Description
Z80 hydraulic monoblock valves are designed for reliable and precise control of hydraulic oil flow between the pump and hydraulic actuators. They are available in versions with 1 to 6 sections, allowing the control of one to six independent hydraulic functions depending on the system requirements.
Each section features A and B work ports. The standard BSP version uses a G 1/2 connection for the P pressure inlet, G 3/4 for the T return port, and G 1/2 connections for the A and B work ports. Depending on the selected spool configuration, the valve is suitable for controlling double-acting or single-acting hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors, and other hydraulic actuators.
In the manually operated version, the valve is mechanically controlled by levers. Moving an individual lever directs hydraulic oil to the corresponding work port, thereby controlling the direction of movement of the connected actuator. In the neutral position, the respective hydraulic function is not activated.

Z80 valves are equipped with a main pressure relief valve and a check valve. They are available in parallel or tandem configurations, with an optional Power Beyond (Carry Over) connection for connecting additional hydraulic valves.
Z80 hydraulic monoblock valves are suitable for use on agricultural and forestry machinery as well as various industrial and mobile hydraulic equipment. Selecting the appropriate number of sections and spool type allows the valve to be adapted to the specific hydraulic functions of each machine or application.
