Description
The pressure release pin enables a pressure release system (automatic return of the control lever to the neutral position). When the spool moves into the pressure release system, the oil is diverted to the “B” working port (away from the lever). When the pressure in port “B” exceeds the set value, the pressure release pin releases the control lever back to the neutral position. The factory setting is 70 bar. The pressure release pin is adjustable by loosening the nut (4) and turning the adjustment screw (5). Turning the screw clockwise increases the pressure setting of the pressure release pin, while turning it counterclockwise reduces the pressure.
WARNING: If the pressure release pin is set to too high a pressure, the lever will not return to the neutral position. If it is set too low, the pressure release pin will not hold the lever in the position ready for release.
